On a rainy Sunday a few months back we decided to go to the Botanic Gardens here in Munich, mainly as I had heard of a turtle living there which would have made Matilda's day, as she is really into turtles, but also to check out the greenhouses (as I occasionally miss the amazing Botanic Gardens in Sydney).

We were lucky and the weather got a bit better by the time we got there and so we were also able to check out the outdoor gardens after we had inspected all the different greenhouses with their wonderful plants. The last picture can't do justice the 'concert' we were able to witness of 20 or so frogs which were making the craziest noises.
